Facilities/Services:

Crest View Farms, LLC provides state of the art facilities, one that is brand new (facility # 1) and the other a former Thoroughbred farm (facility # 2). 

Facility # 1: (Rice Bend Road) Contains twenty 12 x 12 stalls, wash stall with hot/cold water, office, tack room, round pen and all new paddocks. 
 

Facility # 2: (Fork Church Road) Contains sixteen 12 x 12 stalls, two of which are foaling stalls with camera’s, round pen and beautiful pastures.
 

Facility # 3:  (Chenault Bridge Road) Is dedicated to a Non - profit Equine Assisted Riding program by the name of Hooves of Hope Equestrian Center, Inc.  HHEC was co-founded by Blair, who also co runs the program.  Please visit the link.

Crest View Farms, LLC is a full service central Kentucky farm that has the space to accommodate all your equine needs.  We have a highly experienced staff 24/7. We offer quality care, superb facilities, and a brand new 20 stall barn with unlimited acres for pasture. Crest View Farms, LLC offers year round boarding for broodmare care, foaling, breeding, sales preparation, and lay-ups.  We are dedicated to quality care with staff that is on site 24/7.  We are conveniently located in Lancaster, KY which is approximately 30 minutes South of Lexington, Ky. 

Additionally, Blair is a licensed Equine Therapist and offers Therapy to any of the equine guests for an additional fee.

Mare Care Rates:
$15.00 per day (wet) Full Care Stall
$13.50 per day (dry) Full Care Stall

$11.50 per day (wet) Pasture Board
$10.00 per day (dry) Pasture Board

Foaling Fees: $300.00

Boarding:

• Full Care Stall Board: $ 350.00 per month
  • Includes: hay and grain twice daily, daily turnout
• Pasture Board:  $175.00 per month
  • This includes: hay and grain twice daily, access to run in sheds
• Full Care Stallion Board: $675.00 per month
  
  • Same as full care stall board

We have veterinary care and farrier services available but if wish to use your own vet and or farrier you must schedule appointments and be there at time of service.
